DTU Electro (merged from DTU Elektro + DTU Fotonik, 300+ researchers) houses CMOS analog/ mixed-signal IC design expertise built over 25+ years. The Electronics section covers power electronics, integrated GaN converters, and Class-D amplifiers. The PIC group handles silicon photonics from design through DTU Nanolab cleanroom fabrication (1500 m²). Multiple spin-outs: Lotus Microsystems, Skycore Semiconductors, IC Optimize.
