Semiconductor activity in Denmark
DTU Compute's Embedded Systems Engineering section has a 50+ year tradition educating most of Denmark's chip designers. Key research areas: time-predictable multicore processors (T-CREST, Patmos), RISC-V (Wildcat), asynchronous networks-on-chip (Argo, S4NOC), and embedded AI for hearing aids (with Demant).
